Well, just like almost every accounting measure I've ever looked into (mostly at work), the PSR is apparently a sham.
Nonetheless, maybe I'm jaded by my location smack dab in the middle of half to one million dollar homes and shiny Hummer 2's at every interesection but, much like global warming, I think the basic premise is correct.
